Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the provider of the App (“we,” “us”) handles your information when you use the App. The App is built around a single principle: your photos are organized and deleted entirely on your own device.

2. Our core principle: on-device processing
All of the App’s processing — loading photos, sorting them, deciding which are candidates for deletion, and comparing similar shots — happens on your device. We do not transmit, collect, or store your photos, photo thumbnails, photo location data (EXIF), or any face-related information on our servers or anywhere off your device.
3. Information we do not collect
The App does not send the following off your device, and we do not collect it:
- Your photos and videos, or their thumbnails
- Location data contained in your photos (EXIF latitude and longitude, and similar)
- Facial recognition or face-matching data (the App does not score or match faces)
- Contacts, email addresses, or other account details (the App requires no account)
4. Information we may collect
Account: No account is required to use the App. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
Anonymous usage data (if introduced in the future): We may collect anonymous usage data to improve the App. If we do, it is limited to your language setting (locale), country or region (country), and in-app events such as screen views and interactions. It never includes your photos or any information derived from your photos. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not use it to track you.As of the effective date of this policy, we do not collect the usage data described above. If we begin collecting it, we will update this policy and reflect it accurately in the App Store privacy details (App Privacy).
Purchase information: Paid features (subscriptions and a one-time purchase) are billed through the Apple App Store. Apple processes payment; we do not collect or store your card number or other payment details. We may check the status of a purchase, renewal, or refund (the plan type, expiry, and whether it renewed) through a purchase-management service, but this is not linked to your name or your photos.
5. Why the App accesses your photo library
The App accesses your photo library only so that you can organize, delete, and sort your own photos into albums. Access is based on your permission, and you choose its scope — full access, or only the photos you select (Limited Access). If you grant access to selected photos only, the App works normally within that scope.
6. How deletion works
Photos are never deleted instantly. The deletion candidates you choose by swiping always appear on a review screen first, where you can confirm them. Actual deletion only happens after the standard iOS deletion confirmation. Deleted photos remain in the iOS “Recently Deleted” album for about 30 days, and you can restore them yourself within that window. We do not collect the contents of deleted photos.
7. Sharing and third-party services
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law. If we introduce the anonymous usage data described in Section 4, we may use an external analytics service to aggregate and analyze it; even then, we do not pass your photos or any information derived from them to that service. We use Apple and a purchase-management service to provide paid features.
8. Data storage and retention
Your settings and organizing history are, as a rule, stored on your device. When you delete (uninstall) the App, this on-device data is removed with it.
9. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the App, please contact us at the address above.
10. Your rights
Because the App creates no account and we hold no information that identifies you, there is generally no personal data on our side for us to delete or disclose. You can erase the on-device data by deleting the App. If you have questions, contact us at the address above.
11. Security
By keeping photo processing on your device, the App structurally reduces the risk of your photo information leaking off the device. That said, no method of processing on the internet or on a device can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. International transfers
Because the App does not send photo information off your device, no international transfer of your photos occurs. If we later collect the anonymous usage data in Section 4 and use an analytics service located outside your country, we will update this policy to say so.
13. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as laws change or as we add features to the App. For material changes, we will notify you within the App or through the App Store listing. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
